High-touch online coaching

A clear plan.
A coach who is
paying attention.

You want to make progress. You also have a life to run. I help you bring training, nutrition and recovery together, with less to work out on your own.

We agree your goals, choose the useful priorities and keep adjusting the plan with you.

The thinking is shared.
The support is personal.

Good coaching makes the next decision easier. You should know what to do, why it matters and who to speak to when something changes.

01 / Understand

Time to get to know you.

Your goals, history, preferences and responsibilities shape the plan. We talk through the priorities and trade-offs together. Onboarding should feel like the first coaching experience, with what you have already shared carried forward.

02 / Prepare

The useful decisions, made.

I turn that understanding into one current plan. Your sessions, food approach and recovery priorities fit together. Clear alternatives help when the week changes, without making you design another plan yourself.

03 / Pay attention

Feedback that goes somewhere.

Your feedback informs a personal review. I look at progress, discuss what needs attention and explain the next adjustment. Technique feedback and planned conversations add context where it helps.

The planned contact rhythm includes a weekly review and direct contact between reviews. We agree channels, response times and what is useful for you before you join. It should give you support and growing confidence, without making fitness another full-time job.

A real plan.
For a real week.

Here is an illustration of how we can keep useful work moving as your circumstances change. The route changes; your bigger goals stay in view.

What sort of week is it?

The coaching decision

Make progress across your priorities

We progress the work that is ready, keep food habits practical and leave enough room to recover. The plan serves your goals as a whole.

An illustration of the approach, not a training prescription. Your plan would reflect your goals, health, starting point and week.

Start with you.
Build for what’s ahead.

The proposed founding programme follows four stages. We build understanding first, put the plan to work and prepare you to carry the progress forward.

The aim is to become more capable and confident over time, with the level of support that is right for you.

  1. 01 / 04

    Assess

    Start with the whole person.

Your goals, training history, health, food, sleep and responsibilities all matter. We build a clear picture together, then choose the priorities likely to make the biggest difference first.

Your starting point and Personal Roadmap

  2. 02 / 04

    Build

Make the plan work in your life.

I prepare your training, nutrition and recovery plan around the week you actually have. You know the ordinary plan, the compressed version and the fallback route, with clear choices when you need them.

One current plan, with alternatives ready

  3. 03 / 04

    Execute

Put it to work. Keep learning.

You tell me what happened. I review your progress, look at technique where useful and decide with you what is ready to change. You get an updated plan and the reason behind it.

    Personal review and explained adjustments

  4. 04 / 04

    Consolidate

Be ready for what comes next.

We review your progress, keep what works and practise the decisions that help you carry on. You leave with your own Operating Manual and a roadmap for the next 90 days.

A considered start.
With a long view.

I’m preparing a small first programme for men who want thoughtful, personal support and are willing to help shape the experience through honest feedback.

When applications open

The first step would be a conversation about you, not a rush to enrol. For now, you can ask a question directly.

  1. 01
    Application and personal review

You share an initial picture. I review it and explain the next step.

  2. 02
    Fit and Roadmap Call

We talk through your goals, circumstances and whether working together makes sense, before an offer or enrolment.

  3. 03
A clear offer, then your decision

If it is a fit, you receive the scope, terms, contact arrangements and next steps to consider before enrolment.

  4. 04
    Onboarding that starts the coaching

After enrolment, we confirm what you have already shared and build on it. We agree the appropriate starting point and your Personal Roadmap. Any protected health information uses a separately agreed route, not this website.

Ask Martin-Pierre

A question does not reserve a place, submit an application or add you to a mailing list.

Make sense of it.
Then ask me.

If there is something here you want to talk through, you can write directly to me.

Ask your question
What does high-touch online coaching mean?

You work directly with me. I take time to understand your circumstances, prepare your plan and review the feedback that matters. We have planned conversations, useful contact between reviews and technique feedback where it helps. When something changes, I help you make the decision and explain the adjustment. We agree contact channels and response times before you join.

Will this give me more admin to do?

The aim is to reduce the mental load. We agree what feedback is useful and keep it focused. I do the planning and interpret your progress; you tell me what happened and what has changed. We use what you have already shared, rather than repeatedly asking you to start from scratch.

Can we work on strength, fitness and body fat together?

Yes. We agree your meaningful goals, choose the best starting priorities and keep the bigger picture in view. You can care about how you look, how you feel and what your body can do. We discuss the useful connections and any trade-offs between your priorities.

Do I need a gym or a strict meal plan?

We start with your goals, preferences and the equipment you can use. A gym can help, but the right setup depends on you. Food needs to work with your household and the way you like to eat. We agree practical changes and enough structure to make your next choices easier.

What if I have an old injury or work with a physio?

That does not automatically rule you out. I have worked alongside doctors and physiotherapists, adapting training around their guidance. We would discuss your circumstances and existing support during the fit process, then agree what is appropriate.

How often will I hear from you?

The planned rhythm includes a personal weekly review, direct contact, technique feedback where useful and conversations at key points. An optional personalised Daily Brief may help if a short prompt makes your next step easier. The exact contact rhythm is still being tested. We would agree the format and response times before you join.

What happens after the programme?

We review your progress and prepare your Operating Manual and 90-day roadmap, followed by a 30-day durability review. Independent continuation is a positive outcome. Where suitable, we may discuss a separate Continuity offer or another intensive cycle for a new purpose. Ongoing coaching is a separate choice, not an automatic subscription.
